A) the source of personal data;
B) the purpose and methods of treatment;
C) the logic applied in the case of processing with the use of electronic means;
D) the identity of the responsible persons and the designated representative.

3. You have the right to obtain:
A) updating, correction or, when necessary, the integration of data;
B) the cancellation, making anonymous or blocking of data processed.
